Philip Clarke
Philip is an Internet developer with skills in both front-end development (including HTML and JavaScript) and back-end development (including database, CGI and server-scripting). During his roles at Euro RSCG Circle, Marlborough Stirling, Logica and ICL, Philip has been involved in all stages of web development from requirements through design, build, deployment and maintenance. Philip runs eVallis Ltd, a company which aims to help small businesses make use of the Internet (www.evallis.com), providing consultancy, website development and website hosting. Through eVallis, he has built websites that include www.flowerandhayes.co.uk and www.sarahgrahamarts.com and www.hbaccountancyservices.co.uk
Philip has just helped to create the Countryside Agency’s new website www.countryside.gov.uk.
